This page is a placeholder. The final document will be reviewed by counsel before launch. The structure below describes the topics that will be covered.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Rebook(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. The service
Rebook provides software for service businesses to automate client outreach, scheduling, and follow-up. The Service includes messaging on your behalf via SMS and email, scheduling on a public booking page, and tools for managing your client relationships.
3. Subscription, billing, and trial
Access to the Service is provided via a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including telephone consumer protection laws (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and HIPAA where applicable. You will not use the Service to send unsolicited messaging, harass any person, or transmit any unlawful content.
5. Data ownership
You own all client data you import into or generate through the Service. We process that data solely to provide the Service to you. You may export your data at any time. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, including by violating Section 4 (Acceptable use). Upon termination, you may export your data for a period of 30 days, after which it will be deleted from our systems.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebook and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
